Adopting pets
Adopting animals is usually a compassionate move. Advertisements everyday show unwanted pets, un-owned pets or pets that need a home. This can then lead to adoption for those pets, where people may believe it is a cute animal, or that the animal deserves more than its current way of life it has. The problem with adopting an animal is its learnt values are never known, and that it’s aggression or behaviour could be a problem. As an advantage, the pet could be happy with its new owners, and show love and loyalty, which most owners look for in their animals.
